Involvement is vital

It is vital all staff get involved in the consultation over the deployment plan. We must take feedback from staff to the management so we can structure a good outcome.

Feedback or views should be emailed to deployment@eastamb.nhs.uk which will be reviewed by us and management and HR. Your views can be anonymous but please do include your county of work to help us refine the issues. If you are unable to email for whatever reason, please write your views and address them to Stuart Reeves at Watford Ambulance Station, Hertforshire

The first thing to do it read the Draft Policy below. Then read the Q&A sheet which has been compiled to address some of the initial concerns. The importance of staff involvement in this policy development cannot be underestimated.

It is also important to highlight that UNISON has not ‘signed up’ to this plan. Instead, we have agreed only to participate in a trial system with a fixed end date in order to establish a good level of feedback from our members.
