UNISON's Letter To The Board
UNISON has sent the service's Chief Executive of the Trust a letter summarising the immediate concerns of its staff.
The letter can be read in its entirety below and we are making its content public to the advisory and regulatory agencies of the Department of Health in order to be confident that our concerns are underlined.
A reasonable time limit has been set in order for the Board to invite a meeting to which we will bring our concerns to. In the unlikely event that resolutions are not forthcoming over our concerns, we intend to involve DoH stakeholders directly.
The letter has been worded with careful consideration and is not designed to be a significant criticism of the CEO or directors. Equally it would not be appropriate to include every individual concern we currently have. The letter's response will be posted here shortly.
