UNISON's Letter To The Board
UNISON has asked the Trust's Board to reply to some of the most significant questions that we have collected from our members.
The letter can be read in its entirety below and we have offered to publish the Trust's response in our own newsletter and web site. The questions have been submitted in an unadulterated fashion and will hopefully provide some much needed answers to our members.
One of the key things that last years staff survey (click to read article) revealed is that most staff (94%) thought there was poor communication between senior management and road staff. We are desperately seeking to gain some answers to these critical points that our members have raised. The letter below can be viewed online and printed off and posted on UNISON notice boards on stations.
