Listed below are the EEAS UNISON Branch Committee members and their primary roles. They are responsible for ensuring all UNISON members of the Trust are supported and represented fairly in all aspects of their work.

Senior Officials

Tim Killick - Branch Chairman, Casework Coordinator

Tim Killick has a career in the Ambulance Service spanning many years and is a highly experienced and dedicated union representative. He takes the role of coordinating the work of the Branch. 

Gary Applin - Branch Secretary

Gary is the elected Branch Secretary and oversees operations within the Branch, an experienced activist who is essentially full time in the role, he holds the Diploma in Employment Law, Gary also works both on a DSA and an RRV from time to time as well as undertaking his Branch leadership responsibilities.

Barry Jarvis - Branch Conveynor 

Barry is an experienced and dedicated activist. Formally an official within the former East Anglia Ambulance Service Branch. Barry has a good but firm relationship with the Trust's senior management making him an ideal activist that members benefit from.

Jackie Robinson – Membership Secretary

Wendy Senter - Branch Treasurer

Wenter Senter has the responsibility for the financial house keeping for the branch. Her role includes insuring that members subscriptions are used within the branch wisely and all relevant records kept up-to-date.

Rick Gray - Health & Safety Officer

The health, safety and welfare of the members is one of the key aims of UNISON. Rick Gray takes on the role of coordinating this vast area of work. Members are asked to contact Rick with any serious health & safety concerns they may have about their workplace.

Eric Miller - Communications Officer

The way in which the Branch communicates with its members is vastly important. Eric Miller is formerly the head of East Anglia Branch Communications and takes on the role of publishing the monthly EEAS-UNISON branch newsletter. Eric also takes the role of press liaison for the branch's work.

Steve Beckley - Pensions Advice Officer and Retired Members Officer.

Pensions are one of the most important issues for staff of all generations. Specalist advice can now be obtained from Steve Beckley who joins the Committee to provide detailed advice to our members on their pensions arrangments. Steve maintains the pensions area for our website.

Dave Edwards - Disabled Members Officer

Disabled members in our branch are represented by Dave Edwards who is part of the branch committee and serves to advise the branch on work in this area.

Ian Cook - Education Officer

Ian Cook is the Branch's Education Officer and takes the lead for all the courses, development and training that the Branch Officers undergo.

Anand Pillai - Black Members' Officer

Anand Pillai represents our black and ethnic minority members as we are privileged enough to have our own specific officer for this cause.

 Timothy Ingall - ICT Officer & web site administrator

Tim's previous life was in telecommunications and I.T and now spends his spare time looking after our ICT systems, including the web site, email systems and communications systems. We are at present inplemeting a integrated email and phone system, allowing our officers to receive and respond to your emails on their mobile phones.

We are also spending a fair amount of money on upgrading our laptops and other IT devices to enable a quicker more responsive service to you.
